Wow... I can't imagine how hard that must be fore you. I mean, my whole family and all my friends, as well as my home are in danger, but Mexicans might come to Denver for a couple weeks, how terrible!!!Keep the incredibly ignorant comments to yourself... Texans wouldn't evacuate to Denver anyway, the overwhelming stench of unshowered hippies tends to keep us out.

Thanks Perez! I've actually lived in H-town almost my whole life (20+ years) and I think this is probably the worst we've seen in that whole time. We finally got all the yard furniture in, and we're hunkering down out in North Houston... unfortunately my hometown (Baytown, TX) is under mandatory evacuation, so I'm saying a prayer for everybody back home and hoping they're all safe and out of harm's way!

Hell yes Perez! I'll be voting McCain/Palin in November, but I don't think there's a damn thing wrong with anything you say. It's your opinion, and your blog, if people don't like it they don't have to read it. The beautiful thing about having your own blog is you get to voice your opinions and talk about the things you want to talk about. The important thing is that we all care enough to have an opinion and get out there and vote! I respect you because you stand up for your beliefs, the only way you could lose my respect is if you didn't stand up for fear of offending someone.
