on Chaos! at 21:50 03/14/2009something about this does not sound right - law enforcement can enter a home if there appears to be a physical dispute. Regardless of who called them or why they are there, if it seems someone is being assaulted they may enter the location. Why would they stand outside playing "parking patrol"?

Sometimes insurance will pay for such costs to assist in a medical situation such as this, otherwise, the state may be flipping the bill because of some sort of "social work arrangement"
