The vote was defeated in the House. 94 Democrats voted against it. They voted the bill down. The majority defeated themselves. 1 + 1 = 2

OK, while I agree with PETA on the stopping Cow milk use I disagree with the use of Human milk. They can use Soy instead. It is inhumane to continue using cow milk. The farmers make those milk cows stay pregnant their entire lives to produce the milk. They use the babies to eat (VEAL) or they draft them into milk production. It's not a life you would ever wish on your worst enemy AND on top of that Humans need to stop drinking milk (I stress the word DRINKING). We are the ONLY animals on Planet Earth that continue to drink the stuff after we grow up.
