There's no way that $200 is an average ticket price in Australia. Most concert tickets are around $120 for a good seat/mosh. Maybe your city is more expensive than Sydney?

Australians don't take kindly to lipsynching. Ever. It's a blatant rip-off. Even if a singer goes on one of the Letterman-type shows, they perform live, or don't perform at all. We have a long history of gritty, live music and won't put up with fakers. Oh, and I heard that more than a few people walked out of Britney's Perth concert last night. They must be wishing they could get their money back.

The mother was the one who asked her daughter the question. The mother knew about the rape and still thought it was OK to ask. Much as I dislike Kyle, it's the mother who should be taking the heat for this. I feel really sorry for the girl who has a mother like this.
