Yes, it's very good that Cheney supports gay marriage... however, I wouldn't jump to congratulate him so quickly (especially while dissing Obama). While I completely believe in gay marriage, and equal civil rights for every union (and feel very strongly for it), the way Cheney manipulated our participation and involvement in a completely pointless war that has killed thousands of people, and has blatantly lied to not just us, but nations across the world just to save his own ass is absolutely unforgivable. While I admire this belief, in no way does this make him a better person.
