This is funny to blame one person solely for the financial crisis. Plenty of democrats voted for this bill, including John Edwards, Joe Biden, Chuck Schumer, Nancy Pelosi, etc. Clinton signed this into law, maybe he should have paid more attention to what he was doing? Oh wait ,he was to busy with an intern... Also, what about the companies who made the loans, companies that used our money to buy bad paper, the people that committed mortgage fraud, the people that took out loans they knew they could not afford? There are way more people involved that one person. Other people who supported, Gramm-Leach-Bliley: Robert Rubin, Larry Summers, Gene Sperling -- Obama Economic Advisers Who Met With Obama Today. Way to many people involved to blame one man.Oh yea and who has good economic advisers? Obama's include Franklin Delano Raines, former Fannie CEO and James A. Johnson, former CEO of Lehman and Fannie. Needless to say, the economy is jacked no matter who you consider.

You sir or madam have obviously never watched any show on Fox. I could say the same thing about Jeff Zucker and Jeff Immelt. At least Fox presents both sides, MSNBC and NBC would just assume go out of business before they presented a conservative perspective. Examples- Hannity and Colmes, both the conserviative and liberal views on any topic. Oreilly- giving you the facts and letting you decide. I ask you to name one person over at NBC or MSNBC who would say "McCain is an up front straight forward and honest guy and I believe him"... Oreilly said that exact same thing about Barack Obama. Oh yea, by the way, way to make a personal attack on me and get away from the facts. You truely are a brother or sister of Obertard and Madcow.

Sure they can probably "afford it", but you fail to consider the consequences of raising taxes and only consider the immeidate affect on you. We are not just talking about taxes on the weathly, we are also talking about taxes on businesses. Again, so the businesses are going to have less money to pay employees, so who is going to get hurt? The small guy, the worker, those who would receive the tax cut. A tax cut would be great, but in reality the consequence would be you either don't have a job or have to take a pay cut. Also, do you think the rich aren't just gong to pass that on to the regular consumers... you are wrong. Perez for example charges your small little company $100 to place an ad on his website. Now the government is rasing his taxes, so now he can no longer afford food for Teddy. So what does he do, he passes the taxes on to your company by charging $125 for advertising. If you are the employee... he lays off one person to pay for the taxes and Teddy or he comes to you and says, sorry you are gong to have to take a pay cut.. Now you are out of a job or get paid even less not because Obama taxed the rich. But hey, you got a tax cut. What good is that if you are out of a job or get paid less? Get the picture?
