on Emmy Rossum Speaks About Rihanna And Domestic Violence at 15:46 11/05/2009Domestic violence is not an easy thing to talk about or to deal with. You feel ashamed and want to keep it private, because who wants everyone to know you have allowed someone to treat you like that? It is not easy to stand up and say "Look at what happened to me!" She could have handled it better but at least she is confirming that it happened instead of ignoring it, and yeah convient she now has a record to promote but still, it is an important message. It can and does happen to both genders and all races, it is NEVER ok to hit or be hit.
