FYI, just because an actor plays the role of a dumb person doesnt mean he's dumb in real life.
John graduated from UC Berkeley..of course I would expect him to speak inspirational thoughts.

hes actually not malaysian. he grew up in malaysia. hes chinese descent, hakka to be exact.
