All he can do is ask for a donation. If someone wants to give, they will. No one is expected to. It has nothing to do with the financial situation of California. It isn't asking for your tax dollars. Sheesh, people need to relax. If you don't like it, don't donate.

I do think she's an awful actress, but whomever she has hired as her stylist recently is doing a fantastic job. She's never looked better.
