Kitchen Nightmares and Hell's Kitchen are both pretty damn entertaining, and Ramsey got my husband to like foodie shows, so -- yeah, will be tuning in, he rocks!
What a lot of other people said. Losing your animal companion is a horrible, wrenching experience, especially losing one in such an awful and violent way. One of my three dogs died this year and I was upset for months -- and that was a 13 year old dog who was pretty feeble and ready to go on to his next life.
One thing, though: Jessica should get another dog right away -- caring for the new dog helps you get over the grief -- and she should rescue one, not buy one. Rescued dogs make the best companions because they know you saved their life.
He is a douche, but maybe the dogs are better of being that, from footage I've seen, nobody ever taught those kids how to play with a live creature. They're all pulling the dogs ears and hitting them with stuff. (Part of the deal with giving your kid an animal companion is so the kid can learn how to take care of them and treat them right, and obviously that's not happening here.) Maybe the dogs will get adopted by a normal family where they don't have to deal with stressed out grown ups, a zillion kids and a fence lined with paparrazzi.
I always pretty much ignored Paula, most of the time would Tivo AI and zip through everything except for the actual singing, plus Simon's comments. But the whole AI thing has peaked, anyway. I don't think they're going to find someone new who's going to be as talented as Adam Lambert and Jennifer Hudson (with Carrie Underwood coming in 3rd). I predict they're going to do a couple of more seasons crowning people who will end up singing on cruise ships, and then bail.
Oh, please. I have a pit bull mix who is the sweetest creature in the world, and I generally don't read stuff about Michael Vick because it makes me so angry it screws up my day. Yeah he did his time but the fact that the Eagles hired someone who systematically tortured and murdered dogs truly disgusts me. I hope, at the very least, the nuttiest people in PETA protest every single game and give the Eagles management a giant migraine for the entire season! Could go much further in what I hope happens to Vick, but I will refrain...
