While I am not in any way trying to diminsh the horrors blacks have suffered, honestly people, gays suffer pretty horribly too. Homophobia seems to be the only discrimination that is tolerated today. The words gay and fag are constantly used as insults, and no one bats an eye. Just look at some of the posts here. If these were posts against blacks, asians or jews, people would be all up in arms, but since it's gay bashing, it's all good. And in case people don't think gays are targeted, Mathew Shephard anyone?

I am not the 1st to say it, but the majority should not be able to vote on minorities issues. Did men get to vote on women being allowed to vote? Whites get to decide if blacks should vote? We would never put to a vote the idea of inter racial marriage, why should there EVER be a vote to decide who gets to marry whom? What an unbelievably stupid narcissistic idea. For all you supposed people of faith, isn't God supposed to be the one passing judgement? I think a lot of people are going to be surprised when they reach their heaven. Flame on.
