Actually, there is an episode where all kids are sitting at the dinner table for lunch and Mady gets them to say all together "thank you mommy for getting us the puppies!!" Kate's response was "Well, you are not welcome" (with a snap and hiss). Then the kids start giggling and chanting all together "Mommy's mean. mommy's mean." And she doesnt even seem to care. SHe's more interested in cleaning the fridge. Gotta stock that thing up for the beefy bodyguard.
