My parents did that one christmas, and it was really weird. because I was really little when they divorced, so it was normal for me to just have my mom and sister christmas morning. It made it anything but normal by him being there. I love my dad, but kids get used to things really quick. it will just confuse them more by them being together, when the kids are trying to wrap their heads around them not being together any more.
