Oh jesus if the girl wants to get tan whatever, isn't that her business? And seriously have you ever had a fake tan? It sucks! The spray makes you exteremely sticky and of course your face is oily! Also I can understand why she dressed like that. You don't want to wear something nice because it is just going to turn brown and you don't want much to stick to you either. Seriously Perez lay off Miley because, even though I'm a fan and yes I am 21, you just look like an insane bully. NO ONE CARES about this crap. Move on lets talk about something else...

Perez check your sources, "Utah will be the ONLY state in America", hmmm last time I checked I live in Pennsylvania and oh wait we can't buy ANY alcohol at grocery stores or convenient stores. The best we can get is drink mix.
