That might be a bad angle but her legs definitely don't look 'loose' to me - loose by what standards, exactly? A slab of concrete?
I'm not a Jessica fan by any means but when we're calling women who are fit and healthy "fat" then we've got an obvious problem. She looks to be within a healthy weight range and is pretty toned - it's not in her nature to be pin-thin.
I think Perez would kill his first born child in exchange for a body like hers.
Whether you agree with her views or not - she told the truth. The question asked what HER views were (not what YOUR views are).
So, she doesn't agree with gay marriage - so what? That's her belief system and you can't dictate what someone should or should not believe. She's obviously from a conservative back ground and her values reflect that.
The majority of people here will agree that her views are backward and ignorant but again, they are HER views only.
I think the gay movement has achieved a lot more thanks to Carrie - she bought honesty back into the spotlight and she said what a LOT of other people silently think - if they didn't think that, wouldn't gay marriage be legal?
Most women end up having to convert if they want to marry a Jewish man - for example, Isla Fisher and Sasha Cohen are yet to be married, despite having a child, because she hasn't been through the conversion process - which isn't easy. You basically have to study pretty intensely and learn a whole new religion.
If I was a Jehova's Wittness, for example (which is also a minority religion), would a Jewish man covert for me? I doubt it. So why should others have to, simply because they happen to love a person of Jewish faith? My mother is a Christian and my father a Muslim - she didn't convert for him and has always maintained her Catholicism. Both respect the others' religion. To basically force someone to convert so you can marry them implies than their religion is not as important as yours, and that's just offensive. I don't care if they're a minority - they are just as capable of discrimination as any other.
There's nothing wrong with this song - in fact, it's honest, and that's a rare thing. We've all seen the 30-something desperate women going to clubs night after night...they look tired, they're pretending to have fun...they find a guy...in a vain attempt to keep him they sleep with him about 1 hour after meeting him...next morning they're still alone.
Sad fact. There's no prince charming. And if there is, he doesn't want a desperate skank.
The ending of the book is tragic, but without it, the message is lost and the movie becomes another 'touching' story. Yeah, that's nice and all, but the book was about more than that - it had a point, the point being that you can't take someones life for granted, that you never know when death will come and collect the people you least expect and so on and so forth. I saw it as a warning to parents who are in that situation, not to take the life of their 'healthy' kids for granted.
Oh well, Hollywood does it again...takes a great book and alters it for a 'softer' market.
