well, considering he had left Neverland for good and put it behind him, and was making plans on making Vegas his permanent home and "Neverland #2" a stable home for his children, and taking nightly shows into consideration, (see Celine Dion for reference) I think Vegas is a viable consideration for the idea. It would secure income for his kids, and would also give the fans something, especially in vegas, and let's all face it, he's become a freak show at the end of his years, and that's where they all go at the end: Vegas. It's perfect.
