A cure? Have you ever heard of what blood banking is? That's what keeps Magis Johnson alive, you have to have hunfreds of thousands of dollars to do this and stay alive... But by far it is not any type of cure.
If they had some sort of inkling for a cure, those pharm. Companies wouldn't be shelling out millions for DNA who are infected and are fighting the disease without medications or those that prove to be resistant to the disease... Dumb asses. As for trying to treat everyone globally, it would get rid of the disease because many people do have adverse reactions to the medications, so without the proper medical care available when administering these meds many people will die. That's probably what they are banking on.
As for at risk behavior... Everyone is at risk, if you have sex you could just be another statistic. My mom married our music minister from our church and he purposely gave the disease to my mother and 7 other people while they were married. That's why you don't have unprotected sex unless you see at least a year's worth of official testing documents.
