I used to work for a plastic surgeon. I can't confirm this, of course, but she has the tell tale signs of having Fat Buckle extraction, which is where she had the fat padding in her cheeks, removed. She may have had it done a while ago, but as you get older, your face becomes more drawn out and we NEED that padding to look healthy. I am sure that she must have had that done at one point, and now she's going to WISH she had that fat back. She looks absolutely frightening here.
