I think that if Jen Garner really has a beef w/ Gwenyth Paltrow, it probably has more to do with Gwenyth being an elitist bitch than the fact that she used to date Ben Affleck.

If they DID get married so that she wouldn't have to testify, then they should have checked with a lawyer first. The incident happened before there was any assumption of privacy that is the basis of spousal privilege. I agree with the other post in that I did feel sorry for her, but if she has decided to stay with him or marry him, she has to deal with the consequences of that decision.
