on Texas Bar Raid Victim Speaks! at 16:44 07/06/2009 as a reply on the comment by SpindocK, but the fact is, no one saw what you claim. Not a single person has come out defending this guy. Not a single person has gone on record to say that ANY cop bashed him in the head, or whatever. It's quite possible ONE officer took him to the ground because he wouldn't let go and it happened. It's quite possible this guy fell completely on his own from being so drunk. And the most GLARING point - this guy has NOT, I repeat HAS NOT refuted the claims against him in the first place. He hasn't once said "I didn't do x, y and z." His complaint is with the way it was handled, leading to a logical conclusion something DID happen on his part.

on Texas Bar Raid Victim Speaks! at 16:03 07/06/2009Also, one of the comments in the original story asks a good question : My question is: Did you grope him? I haven't seen anywhere you have denied that claim. I myself, am a gay man. However, there comes a point and time where you need to be responsible for your own actions. If you did "grope" him then that is considered assault, no matter where you live.
