I don't think it's a big deal. Our society still sexualizes breasts when the only reason they exist is to feed a baby. I think the dolls are unnecessary since a lot of little girls use regular dolls to mimic their mommy's breastfeeding their baby siblings.

I am full Iroquois and grew up on a reservation in NY. I am not offended by her poor choice of words since she tends to say stupid things all the time. She seems to embrace her ditzy image so you can't take anything she says seriously.
