Its pathetic how many people are making this an "America can't handle the gays" thing. Stop projecting your own personal issues onto the 90 million people that voted.
Some people didn't like Adam's over the top screaming and Kris probably got a lot of Danny's votes. I also think Simon's constant pimping of Adam hurt him. Its as simple as that.
Kris did not win because of the non-gay, Christian thing. Not every one has some kind of obnoxious agenda. Stop trying to put a spin on it. Its a tv show, who cares. My favorite rarely wins on this show but I don't cry about it.
