Tipping in the US is out of control. First of all, you do not tip for take out. While it is appreciated, it is not required or encouraged like dining in. A host or hostess, who likely places teh carry out order, makes minimum wage, which is TWICE as much as server do. So wait, why do you need the tip again???
Please correct this! The proceeds from this album are going to charity to feed the hungry! If anything you should be encouraging people to purchase this album, not calling him a sellout!
