Technically this source is in the wrong themselves. Its common knowledge on a movie set that extras have strict orders not to start conversation with any of the speaking cast unless the other person approaches them...so if Ms. Heigl didn't say hello to her, she has no argument!

I'm sorry, but I have a half-sibling from which I am estranged, and I always tell other people I'm an only child. Its nobodies business if and why she's estranged from her step-sister, and its not a situation that most people can understand unless they are there!
