Since homosexuals seek approval and government benefits from society - society and the majority have the right to approve or disapprove the behavior - to regulate. Marriage is regulated - people can't marry if they are already married, they can't marry for a variety of other reasons because the state has the right to regulate the institution - Gay marriage fails because the gays want they're cake and eat it too - ie: total dictation, churches stripped of rights, schools forced to teach it, gays can't and won't stop suing and making demands - therefore, society will reject “gay marriage” because no such thing can exist and respect the others in the public sqaure - sue, complain, sue some more, demand some more.
