It sure is complicated to look at, he had lost his wife and kid in a very violent way, he was probably immersed so deep in the drugs to try and cope with the tragedy that he probably didn't realize how young the girl was. And about the time serving thing, what would you all have done if you had reach an agreement, and were serving your time, and then suddenloy a corrupt judge just decides to change it all, and you are now facing the possibility of spending your life in prison? It's clear he has done something awful, but hasn't he been through enough alredy? Hasn't he changed his ways, or is anyone aware of another underaged girl he's abused? I don't know, what I do know is that his life story is so sad and twisted that I can imagine a man out of control having sex and not even acknowledging who's in front of him...

I also agree with you, but while everything is about sex, you don`t see people talking to kids properly abourt it, they just pretend it does not exist or shouldn`t be done. Of course they get confused and wanna try it...It`s horrible.

When you`d rather teach abstinence and treat sex like a tabu, you`re prone to see people doing it more and more. Kids are curious, they are sure to try something that is "forbidden" but is so good.
