Actually The Amish abandon their children if they leave their religion and lifestyle. The Amish are allowed a year to leave the colony to see the world if they so choose. If they return they are welcomed back but if they choose to live in the world the rest of us live, with you know electricity.... then they are no longer welcome in the community AND thier parents aren't allowed to talk to them, not even if they are in the same room.

THANK GOD someone else sees this chick for the train wreck that she is. OMG she has always been the fugly one of the family and it is so sad that people admire her because of who her parents are. She is TERRIBLE!!!!
