If the judge had seen flagrant misuse of that account the day they were in court, he'd have put an injunction on it right then and there. Instead, he wanted to hear more. It is unfortunate his wife passed, and I'm sure he'll get to the bottom of it when he gets back. Only someone with something to hide would lock Jon out of financial records. I had an ex do that to me -- trust me, judges don't take that kind of behavior lightly.

But it's not, its his WIDOW, who has a valid legal document entitling her to a specific amount of his ESTATE. I don't see need to criticize her at all.
