Why would she tip on a take out? Just because she is rich, people think she should be handing out cash all day?? The point of tipping is because you receive a service...not having someone just hand you food in a freaking bag. I never tip when I get carry out! Doesn't make sense. Do you tip a fast food counter girl for bagging your food and taking your money? NO! You are a strange one Perez.

Billy Ray is starting to creep me out. Miley, is the hope of future? Its one thing to be proud of your daughters career...but I think we all can survive if Miley isn't out there tweeting like a canary. His obsessiveness is overboard and crosses the line, IMO.

Perez, obviously you know nothing about children. They are pretty resilient. Granted, a lot of crap that has happened the last few months have been of the charts, but its not just about Jon doing this. Kate treated him like a 3rd class citizen in their own home. I just watched an old show this afternoon and she was harping on jon about everything. NAG Hag! I wouldn't be surprised if Jon and Kate get back together a year from now. Mark my words.
