are you serious? Do you speak spanish? Habla espanol cabron? maybe you should learn then read the articles and watch videos where chavistas have killed innocent people in rallies, mobs etc. then maybe you should read on how the appaerntly good and poor chavistas fly to cancun and stay at five star resorts, then maybe you should look into Chavez's own personal history where he has connections with corrupt military and the FARC. then maybe you should look up how many venezuelans are STILL struggling and still dying and still murdering and still kidnapping EVERY DAY because he is giving all the people's money to Fidel, to other Latin american leaders, to this sean penn douchebag and to Danny glover out of all people, and then look up how many venezuelans have had to pick up and leave because Chavez, although apparently "elected" practices so called democracy, persecutes them because they don't agree with what he's doing. reply back when you've researched everything. and remember that democracy is also politics which can be corrupt, snide and untruthful.

How is it that the poor chavistas get to stay in luxurious hotels in Cancun mexico? unless any of you have actually lived in this country and witnessed what goes on, and has family that has had to leave because of the corruption in his government, then i suggest closing your mouths and commenting on the celebrity articles that perez posts. Perez at least knows more of the politics in latin america then most of you in this blog if you're willing to justify a good man simply at his "public" display on Israel in order to evoke sympathy and support.

P.S. I forgot to ask, how is supporting chavez equivalent to supporting civil rights? You want to talk about civil rights, ask my relatives who have now left their home in venezuela out of fear for their lives because they dared speak out against this man.
