Actually on my comment on the first page, I did give credit to his other team members.I actually really respect all of them. I'm just saying that he deserves the spot light.His team mates wouldn't even answer questions, they immediately would put Michael on the camera.

He's getting recognized because he just won 8 of 8! He is the most decorated Olympian. I didn't see anyone else do that during these races.I don't understand WHY people don't get it. He just outdid everyone.As for the USA bashing, what the heck is everyone's problem? This is why there is no peace in the world. Our country may have problems, but so do all the other countries. GROW UP.

Wow...I'm completely speechless. Michael Phelps just proved to the whole world (including his haters) that he IS the best swimmer out there. I was SO glad to hear that he's going to train for the Olympics in four years, 2012. He's my hero. Seriously. Makes me want to go jump in a pool and try and be as BA as he is. My sister and I were SCREAMING our heads off. Congrats to Lezak, Hansen, and Peirsol to. THEY ALL WERE BOSS HOGGIN.
