I breastfed my first child until he was 15 months old, and I breastfed my daughter until she was 18 months old. It's the BEST thing that you can do for them, and it's so natural. I never had a problem with biting as they got older- I just told them "No!" and they never did it again. I'm now expecting my third baby, and I will nurse this one, too. The bond between mother and baby during breastfeeding is amazing, plus it made me feel great to be able to provide sustenance for my child.
