I believe their was an interview with Milo Ventimiglia saying how when he first got a very small speaking role in the Fresh-Prince of Bel Air, that Will was very nice to him and even hanging out after shoots. As much as I love Janet Hubert, she's acting very bitter. I don't necessarily believe that Will wanted to 'outshine' anyone but then again people need to take into account that Will was like, what, in his early 20s and coming off of some HUGELY successful movies? It's not surprising that he might have developed a bit of an ego.
However though, I think Janet Hubert is just bitter over the fact that she was fired from the show and just blames will to gain some publicity. If anyone watched the E! True Hollywood story about the Fresh-Prince of Bel Air, they said she was fired because of her behavior.

Susan Boyle, as an amazing singer she is, was MASSIVELY over-hyped. The only reason why anyone is giving her any attention is because she's Ugly and her virginity. For those of you who are saying they wouldn't last in ABDC. How do you know? First of all, Diversity crew had to think of about 3 very different routine in a very short amount of time. In ABDC, you are GIVEN your music/music video and a set theme and you have about 2 1/2 weeks to practice.
Diversity had a huge edge over Susan. They were ENTERTAINING. Everything they've done has told a story and, even if you aren't into dancing, you can't help but watch them. Are they the best dancers in the world? No, of course not. However they make up for that because of their creativity and entertainment.
Lady Gaga is only a brand. While I'm not a fan of Madonna, I do respect that fact that's she's still able to put out music after all these times. Lady Gaga will come and she will go.
