yes it is very much the same, but i would also like to point out that the melody in question is very simple,and i know i have created it a few times while making music. so the fact that freeland is trying to say the own that melody is kinda crazy to me. i think that they have more of case with the fact that it sounds like the same instrument doing the melody, thats the problem with BEP's song. so in closing, melody the same = sux but get over it....and melody AND instrument the same=Plagiarism!!!!
