Well Spock came back from the dead,his person was inside Dr. McCoy and then Project Genesis helped to bring back or rebirth Spock so why can't Kirk come back from the Nexus all healed with only a scar in the chest?

I LOVE,LOVE Star Trek. but they are right one has to stick to the cannon. Just have to,I would have loved to see William Shatner as a young Kirk's father or something, that is the only thing that would work,because we all know the first captain of the Enterprise was Pike so....anyway William Shatner is a good actor and i want to see more of him in the movies. Also, Tekk Wars wasn't that bad
