People are saying: well if miley did it... but people aren't realizing that all guys go without shirts when swimming, working outside, etc. If you see miley with a wet t shirt on and nothing under it...which we HAVE, it IS a big deal. girlies need to keep their girlies covered!
she has a really pretty face, but something about her hair always bugs me, i can't put my finger on it tho. but this definitaly looks like a wig...idk whats up with that.
