Number 1, no TV show makes anyone do anything. Number 2, on the show Dexter does not kill innocent people only killers. He is more of "Serial Vigalante" Those kids commited that murder because they are messed up and didn't have proper parenting.

No matter who won the election they would probably not be seen as doing a good job becuase the country was in the crapper big time. Bill died at the end of Kill Bill 2. Uma (Beatrix Kiddo/ the Bride) killed him and took her daughter back. So I don't think it matters too much that he is dead. I heard once that the daughter of Vivica Fox's character, once she get older is going to go after her for killing her mother.
Ok so if the kids birthday falls on a school day and daddy Jon picks them up from school and stays till around 6 (usually after dinner for young kids). How is that not spending the day with them? I am sure it would be a bit uncomfortable for both of the parents and confussing for the kids if he were to spend the night. Is that what he is asking for?
