She is leaving because her "perfect" image is crumbling. She has gotten bad press lately for several different things. Airing Makenzie Phillips' interview, her interview with Mike Tyson, her diet advice, the incident on the airplane......
Oprah isn't used to not having her sparkling, saintly image anymore. She is leaving because she knows people are starting to figure out that maybe Oprah isn't always right, after all. She will never admit that of course and use other excuses. But I bet I am right.
Out magazine is doing exactly what his record people are trying to do. They are trying to tell him how to live his life. Who are they to tell him how he should handle his gayness? A persons sexuality is a very personal thing. Straight, gay, or bi......it is nobody else's business. I thank God I am not gay. Because I couldn't stand the pressure of having to be "Gay". "If you aren't gay enough....then you must be ashamed! And shame on you for that! Everybody should know who you like to sleep with. Its everybodies business. " I think I would probably kill myself than have to deal with all the bullshit. And by the way....his record people probably own his butt for the next 5 years. He can't control what they say or what they make him do.
Nobody could have predicted that ALL the embryos would implant. And not only did they implant, but some of them divided into identical twins. The chances of this happening are EXTREMELY rare. Frozen embryo success rates are really not all that great. There is just too much damage that can be done during the freezing and thawing processes. For her to sit and ponder whether or not 8 babies would result from this, is like me pondering what I am going to do if I hit the Lotto tonight. Yes she did an irresponsible thing, but she didn't want to destroy her embryos and I can understand that. She thought with her heart instead of her head. Then, she realized that she was having 8 babies and didn't want to abort any of them. Again, I can understand that. I do believe she should have given at least some of the babies up for adoption, but she didn't and that is her choice. She knew it would be expensive and that is why she has turned her life into a freak show.....so she could support them. The children seem to be doing okay and that is all that matters. There are real child abusers out there who do not get the bad press that this woman does. People who beat and torture and starve their children. Where are all your judgements at for these people?? Why isn't Perez talking about them? Why isn't good old Gloria out there trying to protect those children???? Because there is no way for them to profit from it.
I am not an Adam Lambert fan but this is ridiculous. He is the gayest thing around! He is loud and proud and not trying to be anything he is not! All record reps are assholes. Everybody knows that. It goes with the territory. He is trying really hard to be openly gay and get his career off the ground and it is going to take a few years for him to find that right balance of both. They need to get off his ass and quit being condescending and talking down to him, and be grateful for everything that he has done! Jesus Christ people! He is young and new to the world of fame. Cut him some f'ing slack!
Who cares??? Its his skin. Let him do whatever the hell he wants with it. If he has insecurity issues then that is his business and nobody else's.
Maybe he just wants lighter skin. Maybe it has nothing to do with being embarrassed of his heritage. I tan all the time. Not because I am ashamed of my Irish heritage, but because I like myself better tan. I don't care if other people like it or not. I do it for ME.
And if he does have issues with his heritage, then we should be offering a little compassion....not judging him and criticizing him.
