When my Mom had twins, she had to have a tummy tuck after. The doctors said it was medically neccessary, because she had so much extra skin. Any woman who carries twins close to full term is going to have a hell of a time getting rid of all that sag. Good for her, she's taking care of herself. We shouldn't consider these procedures a bad thing.
