This isn't a case of her being dumb. you can tell that she had an agreement not discuss the lawsuit before appearing on the show. The producer's had thought that if Mr. King had pushed Carrie on live television she would break and answer, but she didn't. I don't mind so much that she lip syncs because she is dancing quite a bit and sorry if you are really moving you lose your breath and can't sing at all. But I was very disappointed when I went to her concert and had nose bleed seats and couldn't see her whatsover. It could have been the ugly perez hilton on stage instead of her and no one could have known. Get some jumbotrons already brit.
