There are several states in the US with the same law including Mass, the laws were indeed set years ago to protect women, however, if pressed the police in the US may also prosecute, however, they rarely do. You can also sure the person your spouse slept with for damages and receive a cash settlement, I believe a guy in Chicago did that like 2 years ago and won against the guy his wife slept with.

She is pretty, but everyone is right, she looks like prince in the pic. regarding the comments on her coloring, I can explain it... I live in Boston and I am 3 shades darker in summer than I am in the winter. Its anoying because I hate all the office comments in the summer, like "oh I didn't know black people can tan". She lives in NY and belive me the color fades fast, I've lost most of my summer color already.
