That would be logical, except he has no biological functions, therefore wouldn't hair growth be an impossibility? Unless he walks around wearing extensions. As I recall from the books, there was never any mention of a hairpiece. Did I miss that?

Totally random question. If Edward Cullen was born 1901, was a soldier, and was changed in 1918, why is his hair so big? I'm sorry, it's just bothers the heck out of me every time I see the movie stills. I know, I know, totally random.
