Wow, this is offensive on so many levels. I agree, though, that the most heinous offense here is that women are subjected to "expiration dates," as if somehow all their talent and their bodies of work mean nothing. This is sad, truly sad. Drew Barrymore is expired in her early 30's, but a 70-year old Harrison Ford is OKAY to play Indiana Jones for the 467th time. Yeah, that's fair.
