As a fan of your website and The Black Eyed Peas, I was really sorry to hear about what happened but I was also sorry to hear about how you responded. Why is it always ok to lash out when frustrated? The natural response from most people is going to be to protect themselves, verbally and/or physically. Why not take a more mature approach? I'm in no way saying you should have been assaulted and I’m appalled at the behavior of The Black Eyed Peas and their road manager, but dam, did you have to say anything back? Again, couldn't you have simply not said a word and walked away? Be the bigger person. Violence is never the answer but neither is throwing out slurs of any type. Someone is always watching and waiting for someone to fuck up so they can share it with the world. Many people are on you about the stuff you said about the now former Miss California. I’m glad she's gone and she got what she deserved but it doesn’t mean that because of what you said about her or anyone else on your website that you deserve to be hit, punched or beat in any way. If someone has a problem with free speech they need to move to a different country.
