I understand how she would be nervous, but the justice system is fair. Since when is sending someone roses against the law? How about calling her office repeatedly, where is the crime in that? Creepy? Absolutely, but not unlawful. I think the paparazzi should all be charged the same then if you feel this guy should have a sticter penalty.
