first of all, I don't thin that 1st pic was shot by Mario Testino (aka best photog ever!!!) it's probably a "behind-the-scenes" pic... And second, a lot of the photoshop was done for stylistic reasons...! I think this is tasteful and acceptable photoshopping - unlike Brit's cover booklet shots for circus - now that's a bit much!
