i just read a lot about the status gay people have in amerika, seems like they have almost equally rights like the straight people.
in austria it is forbidden for gay people to: marriage, have a official relationship (in front of the law of course), adopt children, in vitro fertilisation for lesbian women, to inherit from the gay partner, no legal right to the entering the lease during lifetimes, gay partnership is not considered with income tax, they are disadvantaged in civil proceedings that are only the things i knew....
i am not surprised that they are against everything that is different to them.
