I think you need to realize they aren't banning him from the league (he will probably only miss a handful of games). The reason it's "indefinitely" is because they are WAITING ON A HEARING. They don't have a standard for this type of thing so they can't just say it's this many games. They have to have a hearing and decide how much it's worth.
