50 million is dissapointing considering how well twilight has done. Also i really don't care if they get a new jacob, i mean i like taylor but his few lines in twilight didn't exactly impress me. And its cool that New Moon could come out as soon as next november but i would rather wait two years and get a freaking awsome movie than have to wait one year and get a half-ass job.
You really cannot compare the two. I am fans of both but harry potter has been out for like 10 years prior to twilight so of course its going to have sold more. And duh her book did good selling. I mean she has built a fan base that will probably buy anything she writes so i doubt she will ever not have a best selling book.
