Do your research. It's not normal to be under a Tornado Warning, Flood Warning, and Blizzard Warning all at the same time. It's not normal to have two 100 year floods in less than 15 years. Yes, the Red River floods. However, it does not flood in such an extreme manner, as it shouldn't.I miss Fargo a great deal. LA is great and all, but I wish I were able to be back home helping out. Thanks to all of you Perez readers back in North Dakota who are doing what you can!
